Bespoke commission

Commission something only yours.

Tell us what you’re picturing - a silhouette, a leather, a colour, a deadline, or just a story. We’ll come back with a sample plan.

The process

Four steps, no surprises.

Most commissions move from brief to delivery in seven to fourteen working days. We confirm at every stage; nothing is cut until you say so.

01 - Brief

Share your vision.

Fill in the form below. A sketch, a reference image, a colour you have in mind - all useful. The form helps you cover everything we need, and you can reply to your confirmation email with anything else.

02 - Sample plan

Within twenty-four hours.

We come back with a sample plan: rough sketch, materials, finishing, lead time, and a quote. You confirm; we revise; we confirm again. A 70% deposit secures your slot.

03 - Crafting

Ten working days.

Cutting, skiving, hand-stitching, lining, and finishing. We send progress photos at each stage so you can adjust before we move forward.

04 - Delivery

In your hands.

Delivery within Lagos: within the same period. Outside Lagos takes extra 3–5 days. Outside Nigeria takes extra 5–7 days. Final balance is settled before dispatch.

Choose your style

Nine silhouettes, infinite variation.

Tap the silhouette that fits how you carry. Your selection populates the brief below automatically - pick more than one if you can’t decide.

Materials

What it’s made of matters.

Everything we use is pure leather, a premium vegan leather alternative, or hand-loomed Yoruba Aso-Oke. We can source other materials on request.

PS

Pure leather

Top-grain and full-grain Italian leather, embossed leather, and pebbled finishes. Ages beautifully if you use it; reconditions if you store it. Most pieces start here.

PS

Aso-Oke

Hand-loomed in Iseyin and Oyo, sometimes by weavers we have known for a decade. Often paired with a leather panel or trim for structure. Each weave is one of a kind.

PS

Vegan leather

A premium plant/plastic based alternative with the structure, hand, and finish of fine leather. A considered choice that wears hard and cleans easily.

PS
Personalisation

A piece that knows your name.

Most of our custom pieces carry the wearer’s mark: a stamped or embroidered initial, a colour you can only find on this one bag. Tell us what you’re thinking; we’ll tell you what it costs and what it does to the lead time.

  • Hot-stamped initials, foil or blind
  • Embroidered name
  • Custom dye colour, batch-mixed for your piece
Timing & investment
